Дорогие гости, добро пожаловать в наш уютный хостел!
Для комфортного проживания Вас и Ваших соседей, в хостеле действуют определенные правила: убедительная просьба их соблюдать!☺

- Время выезда до 11:00. Заезд с 14.00
- При заселении ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО предоставляется паспорт гражданина.
- По хостелу не ходят в уличной обуви. Вы можете ходить в своих домашних тапочках/носочках (у нас чисто) или приобрести тапочки у нас.
- При повреждении собственности хостела взимается штраф установленный администрацией. (Зависит от характера повреждений)
- В хостеле ЗАПРЕЩЕНО распитие спиртных напитков и курение в номерах и местах общего пользования. (Штраф: Выселение без возврата оплаты бронирования).
- Терраса (выход на веранду) работает с 09.00 - 23.00. Приходить/уходить в хостел вы можете в любое время (ночью тихонечко)
- На территории хостела, включая летнюю Террасу, разрешено находиться только постояльцам хостела. Ваши друзья/коллеги/сопровождающие могут ожидать вас внизу или на 2м этаже до ресепшена.
- В номерах не разрешается прием пищи и хранение продуктов в неплотно упакованной таре (штраф 2 000 руб.). Пожалуйста, кушайте на нашей большой и комфортной кухне.
- После приема пищи на кухне пожалуйста убирайте сразу за собой продукты, столовые приборы, посуду. Протрите со стола и столешницы, если остались пятна/крошки и тп.
- Посуду и столовые приборы необходимо мыть за собой САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО И СРАЗУ.
- Есть продукты соседей без их согласия считается кощунством (штраф 2 000 руб.).
- На летней Террасе можно выпить чай/кофе/напитки. Носить еду/посуду с кухни на Террасу не нужно.

Accommodation Rules at "Terrace 10" Hostel
Dear Guests, welcome to our cozy hostel!
For your comfort and for the comfort of your neighbors, there are certain rules in our hostel. Kindly follow them☺
1. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM.
2. A valid passport or ID document must be provided upon check-in.
3. Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the hostel.
You may wear your own slippers/socks (we keep the hostel clean), or you can purchase slippers from us.
4. If hostel property is damaged, a penalty fee may be charged by the administration depending on the type and extent of the damage.
5. Drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in rooms and common areas.
Penalty: Immediate eviction without refund of your booking payment.
6. The Terrace (veranda area) is open from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
You may enter and leave the hostel at any time.
If you come back late at night, please do so quietly.
7. Only hostel guests are allowed to stay on the hostel premises, including the summer Terrace area.
Your friends/colleagues/accompanying persons may wait for you downstairs or on the 2nd floor before the reception area.
8. Eating food and storing food products in rooms in unpacked or poorly packed containers is not allowed.
(Penalty: 2,000 RUB)
Please enjoy your meals in our large and comfortable kitchen area.
9. After eating in the kitchen, please clean up after yourself immediately: remove food, put away dishes and cutlery, and wipe tables/countertops if there are crumbs, stains, etc.
10. Dishes and cutlery must be washed by guests IMMEDIATELY AND BY THEMSELVES after use.
11. Eating food that belongs to other guests without permission is considered unacceptable.
(Penalty: 2,000 RUB)
12. Tea, coffee, and drinks may be enjoyed on the Terrace.
There is no need to bring food or kitchen dishes from the kitchen area to the Terrace.
